Holi Collection

Holi is the festival of color and the celebration of Spring.

This spring, we have crafted our Indian inspired chocolate collection consisting of confections representing

• gajar halwa 
  • ingredients: carrots, sugar, honey, ALMONDS, ghee, CREAM, white chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, MILK), vanilla, salt, cardamom
• coconut laddoo 
  • ingredients: sweetened coconut condensed milk, vanilla, salt, coconut, surgar, ALMONDS, coconut milk
• chai biscoot
  • ingredients: chai, CREAM, white chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, MILK solids), salt, cookie butter, sugar, cinnamon, biscoff cookies
• thill chikki
  • ingredients: white chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, MILK solids), TAHINI (SESAME paste), SESAME praline (SESAME, sugar)
• jelebi rabdi
  • ingredients: jelebi (bullar sweets), CREAM, sugar, cardamom, saffron, rose water, ALMONDS, PISTACHIOS, white chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, MILK solids)

Each bar was carefully crafted to give various flavors and textures with chocolate without losing focus of the original dessert.
