Pista Kulfi

Inspired by Indian handmade ice-cream; “Kulfi”
It is traditionally made by mixing whole milk with cardamom, sugar, nuts and seasonal flavorings giving it a very rich mouthfeel.

Unlike it’s western cousin this ice-cream is never churned, just frozen in metal popsicle molds.

Pista{chio} Kulfi is the most popular flavor found in India during hot summer months.

Ingredients:

Cocoa Butter, Full fat Milk solids, Raw Unprocessed Sugar, Cardamom, and Pistachios.
